Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we’re unable to hold a property without an approved application, a signed lease, and the security deposit paid. Once these steps are completed, the property will be officially secured for you. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, your security deposit is separate from your rent payments. It is held to cover potential damages or unpaid fees during your lease term. If all terms and conditions of the lease are met and the home is left in appropriate condition, the full security deposit is refundable at the end of your lease. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for a rental property. Additionally, all occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Absolutely! If the lease terms are met and the home is left in appropriate condition, we’ll be excited to refund your full deposit. You’d make our jobs easier by leaving the property in great shape! -
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid easily through our online portal powered by Rentvine. Tenants can make secure, convenient online payments anytime. You'll receive a reminder before your due date, and payments are processed promptly for a seamless experience. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Let us know about your pet request so we can discuss it with your landlord. If the owner agrees, we use PetScreening to properly screen the pet and ensure it meets the necessary criteria for final approval. Additionally, an additional pet deposit will be required, which will be separate from your standard security deposit.
